HOTEL DISCOUNT CODE

All lifters for discount rate on the hotel please logo on to the hotel website www.southcourthotel.com and book room you can use the following discount code: ( irishpro18 ) this applies to any lifters staying Thursday Friday or Saturday night.

Airports

Ok the closest airport is ( Shannon airport ) it’s only about 20 mins from the hotel/venue. Most UK airports fly to Shannon London Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and few others. So any other European countries lifters may get connected flights in UK to Shannon.
Flights from the USA can also fly into Shannon from New York, Chicago and many more.

Dublin airport is only 2.5 hrs from Limerick City and a bus runs hourly for as cheap as €15 per person. All countries fly into Dublin.

My advice Shannon much easier if possible.

Best of luck with your training and prep on the build up to the Irish Pro Invitational. I promise you will enjoy lifting and atmosphere will be awsome there’s a very strong field of lifters across all categories.

It’s going to be epic with an awsome display of strength in many different bodyweights Raw & Equipped.
