Full Power Only
All lifts must be performed on a power bar (stiff bar) and in full IPF spec competition equipment, but no approved brands are required. Be sure your full body and both sides of the bar are in view for entirety of each video
Squats – There must be an obvious level of control before and after the lift to imitate the presence of a start and rack command. Squats must be to competition depth, crease of the hip below the top of the knee. No double bounce or up-down motion during the ascent. All squat videos must be recorded from the side and 30°-45° angle to the front. Raw with sleeves.
Bench – There must be an obvious level of control before and after the lift to imitate the presence of a start and rack command. There must also be a brief pause on the chest, no bouncing. No suicide grip. Raw only, no elbow sleeves. You may bench from your toes and head may come off the bench. The butt must stay in contact with the bench. Video angle 30°-45°. From the bottom (armpit angle).
Deadlifts – A full lockout must be achieved. No ramping or updown motion. After a brief hold at the lockout, you must maintain your grip on the bar all the way to the floor. Raw only. Sumo or Conventional. Video must be from 45° from the front.
