Step One: Contact Us
- Log into your account from the Sign In link located at the top right of our site.
- After logging in, visit our website’s “Contact Us” section; also at the top right of our site.
- Under Subject Heading, choose “Orders”
- In the “Message” section of the page please let us know why you wish to return or exchange your item(s).
- If you wish to make an exchange, please provide the item description, size and color of the item you are returning as well as the item description, size and color of the item you are requesting in exchange.
- Click “Send”
- We will reply back to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a link to download our “Return/Exchange Form” for you to Print, Fill Out and Include in the packaging back to us for a speedy and efficient exchange for you.
- Product(s) shipped back to us without the RMA number and a completed “Return/Exchange Form” will not be processed and not refunded.
Step Two: Your Item’s Original Condition
In order for your order to be eligible for return or exchange, your product(s) must be received in NEW condition (i.e. without any trace of being used or worn). Also, please make sure you send back your item(s) in original packaging whenever possible.
Step Three: Your Shipping Box
- You can use your original Barbell Brigade box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Pack the product you are returning into the box carefully and with proper packing material to prevent damage to the product and to prevent the box from crushing during transit.
- Visit your local Post Office or UPS Authorized Shipping Center to acquire postage for the box and/or packaging help.

- Do not forget to include the completed “Return/Exchange Form” in the box with your product.
- Postage should be addressed to the following:
- PLEASE DO NOT USE MAILBOXES OR DROP BOXES – you must drop off your return/exchange at a local Post Office or UPS Service Center – thank you! Find the UPS Service Center Nearest to You.
- Once you drop off your return/exchange at your local Post Office or UPS, please allow 4-5 business days (US Domestic Orders) and 1-3 weeks (International) for your return to reach our warehouse.
We’ll take care of the rest for you! Return shipping is absolutely FREE!
Refunds: Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 7 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Exchanges: Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your exchange will be issued within 1-2 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your exchange has been shipped and provide you with your new tracking number. Please note, exchange turn-around times are subject to change based on current stock; your exchange will ship out as soon as we receive stock.
