In order for you to be eligible for return or exchange, your product(s) must be received in NEW condition (i.e. without any trace of being used or worn).
Also, please make sure you send back your item(s) in original packaging whenever possible.
If you wish to exchange please provide the item description, size and color of the item you are returning as well as the item description, size and color of the item you are requesting in exchange.

Refunds: Once the shop has received and checked your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 7 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Exchanges: Once the shop has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your exchange will be issued within 1-2 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your exchange has been shipped and provide you with your new tracking number.
