Showdown Powerlifting 2021: The Biggest Raw Powerlifting Meet Is Back In Town

One of the most awaited Powerlifting events, the Showdown Powerlifting, is ready for its next season. Following last year’s success, the new iteration of Showdown Powerlifting 2021 is ready to bring some of the world’s best athletes under a single roof once again.

The Men and Women roster for Showdown Powerlifting 2021 is already set and it features lifters from a variety of weight classes. Starting with Michael Estrella @mikeyestrella in the 67kg / 148lbs weight class to Joe Sullivan @joesullivan_aod, Jamal Browner @jamal_b15 and Chris Bridgeford @bridgeford242 in the 100kg / 220lbs, 110kg / 242lbs and 125kg / 275lbs weight class respectively. The men’s roster goes all the way up to 140kg / 308lbs and SHW.

Women’s Roster starts from 51kg / 114lbs featuring Jenn Rotisinger @jrotsinger, and other talented athletes include Barbara Lee @msbarbellbarbie, Haley Hill, and Taylor Ball that’ll compete in the 67kg / 148lbs, 59kg / 132lbs and 82kg / 181lbs category respectively.

Showdown Powerlifting meet is the brainchild of Luke and Martha Bright. According to them the goal of their event is always to give back to the athletes and provide them with a global stage in Powerlifting.

The participant’s testimony speaks volumes about what to expect during the world’s biggest raw powerlifting meet. Joe Sullivan, one of the most talented Powerlifters, said “The Showdown Meet is the new standard of professional powerlifting due to the care, time and effort put forth by the people organizing it.”

In addition to a wide range of athletes from different weight classes, the upcoming Showdown Powerlifting 2021 is being sponsored by popular brands like Eat Rite Foods @eatritefoods, Bucked Up supplements @buckedupsupps, and notable athletes like Dr. Ashley Contorno @veggie_lifter, her official gym South Bay Strength Co. and many more.
